Pro Club Inc Delivery and Returns
We hope you enjoy shopping with Pro Club Inc. Our delivery and returns policies are designed to ensure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery
The Shipping and Delivery fee covers the costs of processing your online order, selecting items, packaging, transportation, and handling. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Shipments are made only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery fees are subject to change and will be determined at the time of your order. Estimated delivery times assume orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Returns and Replacements
Your satisfaction with your Pro Club Inc purchase is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Please note that used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. Returned items should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when received. Returning Merchandise by Mail
On the back of the packing slip included with your Pro Club Inc order, please indicate the reason(s) for your return. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). To request a prepaid return label, please contact us at info@proclubinc.net.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 2-3 days for Pro Club Inc to process your return once we receive your package. Please note that international returns are currently not available.
